Account deletion guide and information
WARNING – IRREVERSIBLE ACTION
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Open the Nutrimetrics app on your mobile device
Tap on the "Settings" tab at the bottom of the screen
Scroll down to the "Security" section
Tap on "Delete Account" (red button)
Read the warning and tap "Delete" to confirm
⏱️ The process takes a few seconds. You will be automatically logged out and redirected to the home screen once completed.
PERMANENTLY DELETED DATA
Your account and all associated data will be completely deleted:
- •User profile (name, email, date of birth, gender)
- •Health data (weight, height, nutritional goals)
- •Meal photos (all images stored in our cloud)
- •Food journal (complete meal history)
- •Physical activities (calories burned, exercises)
- •Daily statistics (calories, macros, progress)
- •Notification settings
- •Push notification tokens
- •Weight history
- •Authentication data (Supabase account)
- •All local application data
🔒 AI usage logs are anonymized (user ID is removed but technical metrics are kept to improve the service).
RETAINED DATA
- •Anonymized technical metrics (without user identifier) to improve the service
- •Deletion audit logs (for security and compliance reasons)
No personally identifiable data is retained after deletion.
